Michael Jackson dies at 50

A UCLA cardiologist stated that Michael Jackson died due to cardiac arrest.
He has left behind three children: Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson, and Prince Michael Jackson II.

Michael Jackson was just about to kick off a come-back tour and was recently rehearsing in Los Angeles for about two months. Jackson passed a physical examination in March that cleared him for the tour.
Since he was a child, Michael captivated the world with his music and break through dance moves until his career was smashed by allegations of child sex abuse followed by bizarre behavior including face masks and making his children wear lamp shade looking veils on their heads in public.

There was a time when Michael Jackson shined, bringing black R&B together with white disco sounds. He dominated the charts and stood on top of the world. His album “Thriller”, released in 1982, is still the most selling album of all time.

Suddenly, he became white, his best friend was a chimp named Bubbles, and he was a giant man-boy who lured loads of children into Neverland Ranch, and laid in a giant bed with them while they all shared “Jesus Juice”, code for alcohol…or so they alleged before their families mysteriously became extremely wealthy-then the allegations were dropped and he was cleared of charges.
Whether you think he’s a freakish pervert, or the King of Pop, the world is talking about Michael Jackson today.

Whether you think he did it or not, It’s a great time for you to revisit what sex abuse is with your kiddos, and set up a safety plan in the event that they find themselves in a position where they are abused. Talk about touch, what is okay and what isn’t. Be specific, and make sure to include that it can be a stranger, a coach, an aunt or uncle, or some one very close to them. Make sure they feel safe about talking to you, and let them know that you will never call them stupid or accuse them of lying, and most importantly, no one will hurt them or you if they tell.
